Lock 1 Augment - Empower that can apply to an attack. When this object is used to attack, if the Locked Augment could apply to the attack, you may apply the Augment with up to ET Intensity. This has 1 + ET Energy Pool that can only be used for effects used with this object. After each hour the object is not used, it heals 1 Energy. When applying this Augment, you can expend any amount of Energy from this to reduce the DL by an equal amount.
1 Resolve: For 1 round, the next time you use an ability while wearing these glasses, treat your Trained Tier with that ability as 1 + ET/4 higher for that use.
