Lock 1 + TT/2 of grant +0.2 Physical Reduction, grant 1 Bashing Reduction, grant 1 Chopping Reduction, or grant 1 Stabbing Reduction. While crafting armor, you can choose 1 Locked option to apply like exceptional weapon properties. Each adds Tier 1 exceptional.
Boost: You can choose an additional TT/3 Locked Options.
