Boost: If a subject loses Reduction to an Element and has 0 remaining, they become Vulnerable to that Element.
Response - Transference (Stalwart style)
After you reroll a non-damage roll, gain +1 + TT/3 on that roll.
Boost: If the roll succeeds, heal 1 Resolve.
