Quarters and Furniture
Many who stay in a single place for a long time like to have a place to call come. Quarters can be bought, or they can be rented on a monthly basis for 1/300 of their purchase cost.

- Crafters in the space can Aid your craft roll, ignoring the normal limit to number of crafters on a single project.
- Each space is designed for a number of different materials equal to the Tier. Magical gear may be selected as a material. A single set of tools for any of the of these crafts can be used at the same time by all crafters using the space.
- When you craft in a dedicated crafting space, the space Aids your roll a number of times equal to Tier, using 2d12 for each. Each creature that Aids you must replace one of these Aids, granting them +1 on their roll.
